You can fill in our online application forms using the links below.  Simply choose whether you are a FOOD or MARKET Vendor or register your business for our Place of Quirks.

The Waikato Show is all about keeping it local. Local food, local products, local produce, local businesses and of course local people (aka locals)! The Show celebrates all that our region has to offer and we know it’s chock-a-block full of people just like you who make it possible to shop local. With an expected attendance of over 10,000 visitors throughout the weekend, we’re feeling pretty chuffed and think you will too!

We want you to get the most out of being at event, including options for site size, preferred location and the choice to set up for just Saturday & Sunday or all three days (no extra fee for Friday). For further info, see below but we’re more than happy to help with any questions you may have.
